Nice article that sums up most small self funded companies (stage 1 that is). I'm always intrigued by the ways VCs engineer themselves into the story. He most or less states that you're done for unless you get their help. 'VC Marketing'
Good post that really worth reading! It is better to use secure virtual data room for due diligence. Unlike its predecessor physical data room, this one makes everything in the cloud.
